About your complimentary review
Your Insurance or KiwiSaver review is complimentary. You can ask questions,
consider your options and decide whether to proceed. There is no obligation
to take out a policy, join KiwiSaver or change providers.
If someone recommended IFO
The person who recommended IFO to you may receive one $100 Prezzy Card
if your referral qualifies under the promotion terms. This reward is for the referrer;
being referred does not itself earn you a reward.
To participate, the referrer must have registered before your first enquiry to IFO
about the relevant service. Identify them by name and the mobile number or email
address they registered with when you first contact us.
A review alone does not qualify. An eligible new Insurance policy or KiwiSaver
membership or provider transfer must meet the qualifying conditions.

You can also request a review without participating in the promotion.
How we use referral information
We use the referrer details you provide to match your enquiry with their registration
and verify the referral. If a reward is issued, the referrer will know that a
referral qualified. We will not share details of your advice, health, finances,
application or products without your permission, unless disclosure is otherwise
permitted or required by law.

or correction of, your details.
Advice based on your needs
Our recommendations will reflect your circumstances, needs, goals and agreed scope
of advice, and may recommend no change. A referral reward will not determine the
product or provider we recommend. There is no charge to you for the referral reward.
Product premiums and fees may apply. Any applicable charges for other services or
cancellation arrangements will be disclosed separately before you commit.
IFO and its advisers may receive provider commissions or other remuneration,
as explained in our disclosure information.
Insurance is subject to insurer terms, underwriting and acceptance. KiwiSaver is a
long-term investment and its value can rise or fall. Consider the relevant product
information and disclosure documents before making a decision.
