Submit the form by 2 October 2026 and select your preferred contact date and time. Your review may take place after entries close, but it must be completed by 18 October 2026. You will enter the draw only after completion and eligibility confirmation.

Insurance Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promoter

This promotion is conducted by IFO Peace of Mind Advice Limited (the “Promoter”).

Entry period and review deadline

The entry period runs from 19 September 2026 until 11:59pm New Zealand time on 2 October 2026, unless amended, suspended or cancelled by the Promoter.
The online entry form must be submitted within the entry period.
Participants who submit the form within the entry period must complete their complimentary insurance review by 11:59pm New Zealand time on 18 October 2026 to qualify for the draw.

Eligibility and entry

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
To qualify, a participant must submit the promotion form during the entry period and complete a complimentary insurance review with an authorised IFO Peace of Mind Advice adviser by the review deadline.
Submitting the form or booking a review without completing it does not qualify as an eligible entry.
The review must relate to insurance or protection needs. KiwiSaver and investment-only reviews are not eligible for this promotion.
Only one valid entry per person is accepted for this promotion. Repeat forms or appointments do not create additional entries.
Employees, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Prize and winner selection

One eligible entrant will be selected at random to receive one $200 Prezzy Card.
The winner will be drawn on or after 19 October 2026, after eligible entries have been verified.
The Promoter may verify that the insurance review was completed before including an entry in the draw or awarding the prize.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If unavailable, it may be replaced with a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address submitted. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven days, another winner may be selected.
The Promoter’s decision is final.

Personal information is collected to respond to the enquiry, arrange and provide the insurance review, administer the promotion and contact the winner.
Information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and IFO Peace of Mind Advice’s Privacy Policy.
No purchase or acceptance of an insurance recommendation is required. Eligibility depends on completing the complimentary insurance review, not on purchasing insurance.
False, misleading or incomplete information may result in disqualification.

By submitting this form, you agree that an authorised representative of IFO Peace of Mind Advice may contact you by phone, email, or SMS regarding your enquiry, preferred appointment, insurance review, and this promotion. Selecting a preferred date and time does not confirm an appointment; an adviser will contact you to confirm availability.

For this promotion, the entry form must be submitted by 11:59pm New Zealand time on 2 October 2026. The complimentary insurance review must be completed by 11:59pm New Zealand time on 18 October 2026 before an otherwise eligible entry can be included in the prize draw. The winner will be drawn on or after 19 October 2026.

Where reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may share your information with our authorised financial advisers and staff, relevant insurers and insurance product providers, underwriting or medical service providers, technology and administration providers, professional advisers, regulators, or other parties where disclosure is authorised or required by law. Information will only be used and disclosed for the purposes described above, related purposes you would reasonably expect, or as otherwise permitted by law.

Your information will be collected, stored, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and other applicable New Zealand laws.
