Win a movie night for two

1. Promoter. This promotion is conducted by Summit Life under IFO Peace of Mind Advice Limited (the “Promoter”), Auckland, New Zealand.
2. Promotion period. The promotion opens at 12:00 am on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 30 September 2026. All dates and times are New Zealand local time. Entries received outside this period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees and contractors of Summit Life or IFO Peace of Mind Advice Limited, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter. During the promotion period, an eligible entrant must follow the Summit Life Facebook page, like the official giveaway post and leave a comment telling Summit Life who they would take to the movies. No friend tag is required. One valid entry is permitted per person.
5. Free entry. No purchase, insurance enquiry, consultation or payment is required to enter. Internet or mobile data charges imposed by an entrant’s provider may apply.
6. Prize. There is one prize package consisting of two HOYTS movie tickets, awarded to one winner. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any validity period, cinema, film, session, seating, surcharge or other use conditions supplied with the tickets will apply.
7. Winner selection. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the promotion closes. The draw will take place on 1 October 2026.
8. Winner notification. The winner will be announced on the Summit Life Facebook page and contacted through the Facebook account used to enter on 1 October 2026. The Promoter will never ask a winner for payment or bank login details. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three business days, the Promoter may draw a replacement winner.
9. Verification. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of age, New Zealand residency and compliance with these terms before awarding the prize. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
10. Privacy. Information supplied by the winner will be used only to verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Facebook’s own terms and privacy settings apply to activity completed on its platform.
11. Platform disclaimer. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with HOYTS, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from liability arising from or connected with this promotion to the extent permitted by law.
12. General. The Promoter’s decisions about entry validity and the draw are final, subject to applicable New Zealand law. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Giveaway participation is separate from the Promoter’s financial advice services and does not create an adviser–client relationship.
