Promoter

This promotion is conducted by IFO Peace of Mind Advice Limited ("the Promoter").

Promotion Period

This promotion is ongoing unless otherwise stated.
Each campaign or promotion may have its own entry period and prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time.

Eligibility

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
Participants must complete the online entry form.
Participants must complete a complimentary financial review with an authorised adviser from IFO Peace of Mind Advice.
Only one (1) valid entry per person per monthly promotion period will be accepted. Additional entries submitted during the same monthly promotion period will not increase the participant's chances of winning.

Employees, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Supporting Information

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries before awarding a prize.

False, misleading or incomplete information may result in disqualification.

Prize

One (1) winner will be randomly selected each calendar month unless otherwise stated.

The monthly prize may vary depending on the promotion.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection

Only eligible entries that meet all promotion requirements will be included in the draw.

Winners will be selected randomly.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on the entry form.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected.
